Welcome to another Skincare Sunday!
I don't know if it's the same for everybody who starts getting into Asian skincare products but I know that for me, Sundays mean sleeping in, eating brunch, and wearing sheet masks. I may not be a part of the 1 day 1 mask club (yet), but I never skip face masking on Sundays.
The flavor of the day today is Amazonian Murumuru Seed Butter (an emollient with similar characteristics to palm oil) via the 3 Concept Eyes (3CE) Special Nourishing Facial Mask.

Why This Mask?
I've waxed poetic about the Stylenanda in-house cosmetic line before but my past reviews were mainly about color cosmetics. When they launched a small collection of masks, I had to give them a go.
I've also recently added some chemical exfoliants into my nightly skincare routine, which is a bit tricky for someone with dry skin. I decided that I needed to help my skin better adjust to the change by opting for a hydrating and calming mask hence, the 3CE Special Nourishing Mask. This mask has anti-aging and wrinkle-fighting ingredients Adenosine and Copper Tripeptide. It also has moisturizing and calming ingredients Sodium Hyaluronate, Allantoin, and Amazonian Murumuru Seed butter. Furthermore, there is no alcohol and very little fragrance. For more details on each ingredient, click here.

How Does It Perform?
|I know this will bother some of you but I did readjust the top flap and iron out the bubbles after the picture was taken.|
This mask contains an entire bottle of essence (23 ml). The essence is a very rich and milky one.
The mask is technically a sheet mask and not a hydrogel, but as you can see in the photo above, that it doesn't look like your average sheet mask. It's looks more opaque and white. This is because the mask is made of tightly woven material that is much thicker and silkier than other face masks, which gives it the smooth and moisture-retaining feel of a hydrogel (though there is no slip nor is it as cooling as a hydrogel).
The mask is on the larger side and there is really good coverage.
Supported Wear Time
This mask contains a bottle of serum and I wore the mask comfortably for 45 minutes. The mask sheet was still damp when I decided to stop wearing it.
With such a rich and milky essence I was worried that my skin would feel sticky afterwards, but my face was left feeling velvety smooth without a trace of swamp-yness. I also noticed that my redness was calmed down immensely. Success! I would repurchase this one. On my scale, I give it an A - approved items I would repurchase if I weren't a makeup hypebeast and loved shopping around.
These masks are a bit pricier than average but I did feel that the performance justified my purchase.
They are $4 for a single. If you purchase a pack of 5, you get a special discounted price as well as 1 mask free, which works itself out to be $18 / 6 masks... or $3 per mask.
Shop the Post
Unfortunately these masks have not trickled down to other distributors yet. It seems to be exclusively available at www.stylenanda.com.
There is also a pore tightening mask, a water mask, a whitening mask, and an anti-aging/moisturizing hydrogel mask. I have my sights on the hydrogel and the whitening mask next.
Are you interested in this mask? Have you tried any other 3CE skincare products? How did you feel about their performance?
